Yes! I am very careful and I eat very little meat or dairy. I eat fish or chicken most of the time. I watch fats. Make sure I get plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Pass the carrots, please...
I often do. At least I try to balance things out and we do eat organic and homemade, not much precooked or processed foods. We also try to eat according to the seasons and what is available locally, not imported.
My wife makes sure that I eat properly--so when she is watching the answer is yes -- but I do get away a lot...
yes, i like to feel good!
I try to but I am afraid I am too lazy to cook properly for myself, so rarely succeed.
I have reached the age where I must.
:(
Yes. I was very ill in March 2006. I am completely healthy now. I watch processed foods carefully and do not microwave anything.
I eat with my digestive health in mind. Whatever doesn't hurt it, is fine.
yes...but sometimes i cant resist to eat deat foods...huhuhu
I try my best.....I think we need to be more concerned about how our food choices affect our health. Alot of the stuff out there is awful for our bodies.
I'd like to say no, but truthfully I usually do.
I'm in shape now and would liek to stay that way, so I often count calories to make sure I don't go past the 2000 calories mark.
Only sometimes, like when my bowels go all strange. Then I try and eat more fruit and veg. But normally I eat with my tastebuds in mind.
I watch my fat and cholesterol intake. Thats about it.
Mostly not.
nope, and i'm going to pay for it when i'm older. i'm already developing osteoporosis and whatnot.
I do now. It hasn't always been like that though. However, now I do feel a lot better that I used to.
Mostly but when I don't, I tell myself that the food in question has everything I need works for me
I eat in regards to my taste buds...if it happens to be healthy, then it's an added bonus!
Yes- well not so much my health but I do watch my weight. I try to keep in trim.
About 75% of the time. I am approaching an age where small mistakes are lifelong mistakes.
I try too. I admit that when I am tired I will just grab anything.
all the time... it's either to do with keeping my skin clear... or with putting on weight.
no i eat with my fat in mind, i couldn't care less if i was healthy or not. i just care about having a good body.
Yes, i eat a lot of fruits and vegatables, lean meat and fish.
Now days Yes....Actually i have ghained lot of weight so first thing i decided is to keep a watch on everything that goes in my stomach
I love Fast food...pizza burger n all.....The way i love fast food in same way fast food loves my heart....and i cant give my heart....as it causes heart attack...so i have to keep things in my mind
Yes, you always should!
Yep. :)
Yes, I do. Lately I've been making a real effort.
Not always, although I would like to make more effort in this area.
After incidents when my heart pissed me off and my surgeries were in excess of $57,000, I started looking at food for not only my problem but for my solution to not having this scenario to occur again.
It is so easy to do. Just search the food you want to eat and the internet will tell you what is in it, the risks, and alternatives that you will enjoy. There is a lot of smart people out there. Ask them.
Yes, always
yes, but i allow myself one free fat boy day a week
hardly. i do not look forward to the day that i am old enough and responsible enough to start thinking about that.
That is one of the criteria in mind.
Yes, of course as my health is very important to me .
GRAS is 99 pages of additives that do not have to be on the label. You should at least read it if you are like me You will change your way of thinking when it comes to processed foods. They really are "Nasty." Go to the FDA and GRAS Generally regarded As Safe.
