What does, "est ce que tu peux m'aider je m'en sort pas trop comme je vien d'ariver" mean? (Its in French.)

The first part asks, "Can you help me?" But there's no punctuation, and it sounds like a request to a stranger, and you wouldn't use "tu" for a stranger. As for the rest of it, there are misspellings and maybe things missing - can't tell exactly what's supposed to be there. Can you look again at the source and make sure the quote is accurate?

Okay, from your comment on another answer, we now have a context for the question. 'Can you help me? I can't manage very well because I just got here (just joined.)' If you don't speak French very well, I wouldn't advise you to reply in French as you wouldn't be able to continue.
