    Seafood is thought to be "Brain" food and if you like it ,well it helps.

    Yes. Your brain uses a lot of glucose during heavy thinking, which it derives solely from food. It is affected by a wide range of things you can consume, including stimulants like caffeine, depressants, psychedelics, and so forth. Most toxic substances you could consume, such as lead, will also affect brain function.

    absolutely, that is why they add vitamins to certain foods such as vit d and the b's...the b vitamins affect almost all your body systems including neurological.
