reef. With a wreck I do not feel in control and feel claustrophobic

follow up to claustrophobia.. Diving since 10, I thought that using breathing gear when I joined the local Volunteer Fire Dept would be a breeze. Not so. With the positive presure full-face mask I felt a sense of claustrophobia. A whole new experience. Even my peers were surprised, thought I'd be a natural. So I guess it hits everyone differently. I can take Caves and Wrecks. Once spent 30 minutes untangling / cutting myself out of a net/wreck (diving alone a No No )..it never occured to me I was in trouble. But I've been in a few burning buildings and that can be scary. Possibly, 'coz in the water even tho it can be hostile it is predictable. Not so a fire.
