  • In much of 2003, Mike toured with a Heart. An album that he palyed on was released earlier in 2004. As previously reported, "Hangover Music Vol. VI" (view cover here) is scheduled for release on April 20 through Spitfire Records. The CD is mostly acoustic- and piano-based, much like Zakk's 1996 solo album "Book Of Shadows". Mike Inez (ALICE IN CHAINS, OZZY OSBOURNE), James Lomenzo (PRIDE & GLORY, WHITE LION), and J.D. all share bass duties on the album while drummer John Tempesta (ROB ZOMBIE, TESTAMENT, EXODUS) makes a guest appearance on one track. Contrary to previous reports, Brian Tichy (OZZY OSBOURNE, BILLY IDOL) does not appear on the album. "Hangover Music Vol. VI" marks BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's final album for Spitfire Records under the terms of the group's present agreement with the label.
  • Inez continues to tour with Alice in Chains with DuVall on permanent vocals, they plan on coming out with a new album, said to be released in late 2008 or 2009. And he does tour with HEART as well because the last two times I went to see them in concert he was with them.
