No personally I would never serve luncheon meat , I do not like it.
Maybe in sandwiches with other things like tomato and salad but not as Lunch.
Depends what you consider luncheon meats. Some deli meats are really wonderful and very tasty. A platter with choice meats and great bread and grilled veggies would be a lovely lunch.
In a sandwich, maybe...but if one does, the nicest way to present it is having a good variety of cold cuts all rolled up, nicely displayed on a platter with some crackers on the side.
Only if you consider hard salami a luncheon meat.
Not the processed, packaged kind, but the fresh cooked, and fresh sliced cold cuts that are true luncheon meat, yes.
