My 1990 Ford F150 has been sitting for about 3 months in the cold. Now it won't start. It doesn't even turn over when I turn the key. I thought it was the battery so I charged it over night. Still nothing. Suggestions?

After the battery charge, will the lights come on? A dead battery will freeze in cold weather. Once this hapopens it is not a battery any more, just a block of ice. The frozen battery won't take a charge and will make it almost impossible to jump start the truck. Borrow another battery from another vehicle to see if that is the problem. -
