No, the low-level electromagnetic radiation emitted by these devices is harmless because it isn't IONIZING radiation, such as X-rays or the high-energy particles emitted by radioactive materials. Plus, there's a certain amount of background ionizing radiation everywhere on earth that we all live with -- worse if you live on a mountaintop or fly aircraft frequently (X-rays & cosmic rays are weakened by passing through air). Ionizing radiation is bad for living things because it can damage DNA, possibly leading to cell damage or cell death or -- even worse -- conversion of a normal cell to a cancer cell. Non-ionizing radiation such as microwaves (in the gigahertz range) can't do this. Microwaves can heat tissue but there is very little leakage outside ovens. Emissions from your computer are minuscule and harmless.
