If I don't have access to my detailed site logs, is there a way to tell when Google last spidered my site?

Type in the name of your site. When it comes up in the search results, there should be a date right after the URL and page size. This is the date it was last added to the Google index. While it does not tell you when Google spidered your site, it is the closest you can get without viewing your stats.
