did a quick browse through some pill identification wizards and none of them are turning up what you are describing, is there a possibility it could be ecstacy as that wouldnt show up on any pharmacutical wizards.

i have seen ecstacy pills marked with all kinds of different things like bart simpson logos and car logo's but never seen one with just an E, many home chemists can cook them up though so they can be imprinted with whatever the person making them chooses.

I got a whole bottle of that... 5 bucks a pill for anyone who wants some. it contains acetaminophen, acetylsalicylic acid and the most popular drug in the US.

I believe it might be Methergine. Primarly used to stop vaginal bleeding diring pregnancy mostly in the 3'rd tri-mester (6 months & +) But if its pure White it would be methodone, morphine or over the counter pain meds like excedrine or tylonal or OEZ ( for yeast infections, usually brown or red though). It depends on the size to tell. Very small Like A pencil Eraser in diamater denotes methadone, Smaller then thet is morphine. And bigger is the over the counter pain reliver (acetaminophen).

Its not excedrin. I have an excedrin in my hand and this same much smaller pill. Excedrin is stark white, these are more than/grey and just have a "E" on one side.
