first off you being a woman and not talking at all is hard to believe but try just the honey and lemon and mix it in with some hot tea forget the hot sauce thats just going to irritate it even more

You can cure a sore throat pretty fast with apple cider vinegar. Follow the instructions on the bottle. Tastes horrible, but works instantly.

A sore throat is due to an infection or a virus - and neither can be harmed nor cured - by talking or not talking. You do not talk with your throat (esophagus) - you talk with your (voice box) larynx!!

Try this home remedy:
Get a large spoon and fill it with honey, squeeeze a couple drops of lemon juice on it and then a drop or two of hot sauce. Stir gently and swallow.
Here is the theory: The honey coats your throat, the lemon is an astringent that cleans and the hot sauce promotes healing.
I really does work!

for me that makes it worse. idk i usually eat something thats really moist like that chicken from the asian place at the mall helps a lot
