Without question or hesitation. My dog would do the same for me. I wonder about the cats though. I'd risk myself for them, but they way they look at me sometimes I wonder if they would risk themselves for me. I think the cats would just sit back and laugh until they realized I am the one that puts out the food in the morning.

Abso-freakin'-lutely! They deserve the same consideration as human beings, perhaps even more so in certain circumstances.
