According to a recipe for homemade marshmallows:

    2 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
    1/2 cup cold water
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    1 cup light corn syrup
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup water
    2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
    confectioners' sugar (for dusting)

To make marshmallows, I think you microwave a bar of soap.

They have sugar, corn syrup, water, gelatin (transparent, tasteless substance from skin, tendons, et cetera, and used in cookery, photography, et cetera), dextrose, and flavorings. Check your label. It should be on a bag of marshmallows. This is not a vegan product.
