According to a recipe for homemade marshmallows:
2 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
confectioners' sugar (for dusting)

Many commercial marshmallows contain some or all of the following:
artificial colour
artificial flavour
corn syrup
dextrose
gelatin
modified corn starch
natural flavour
sugar
tetrasodium pyrophosphate
water
To make marshmallows, I think you microwave a bar of soap.
horse hooves are boiled to make gelatin.
Marshmallows are made from beaten egg whites, gelatin, and sugar syrup.
I think, without looking, sugar, gelatin, water, corn starch and/or corn syrup.

They have sugar, corn syrup, water, gelatin (transparent, tasteless substance from skin, tendons, et cetera, and used in cookery, photography, et cetera), dextrose, and flavorings. Check your label. It should be on a bag of marshmallows. This is not a vegan product.
