yes i would if a pic is included,ecpecially if it's a nude one.

If I like an answer, I usually simply give the maximum points that I can. However, if the answer included a picture that helped to illustrate the answer, I would be more likely to like the answer. On the other had, if the picture has nothing to do with the answer, then it will not impress me.
