Someone writes a compiler that will turn the language into some form the computer can understand. I would write a programming language that looks like this: cilbup ssalc tseT{ cilbup citats diov niam(gnirtS [] sgra){ fi(eurt){ metsys.tuo.nltnirp("Hello World"); } } } in which the compiler reverses every non-bracket, non-quoted token and then compiles it as java.
