What is the biggest size wheels and tires that will fit on a stock suspension 99 chevy blazer without rubbing on the fender well?

Whether or not it rubs on the fender well is irrelevant as the greater diameter tire will affect your speedometer and odometer (try to tell the nice policeman you were only doing 65). You may also loose some power on takeoff. If you don't care about that then You'll probably just have to guess and take a chance.

..guessing its at stock hight... a 21" rim with a 40 series tire.. or a 31" tire (like alterains).... and psh rubbing the fenderwell is verry important.. you can do anysize rim you want with any lift kit and keep your speedo working correctly by changing the small gear that the speedo cable is hooked to.
