  • It depends on how active you are. Do you want to lose, gain, or maintain your weight? The best way to find out your ideal weight is through your body mass index. (see link) http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ Unless you need to lose a significant amount of weight I would focus on eating healthy and exercising moderatly. Eat everything in moderation and keep active and you should have nothing to worry about.
  • nun you dont want to be fat do ya
  • 1,500 to 2,000 a day
  • I would say around 1700, but don't know for definate? Some 14yr olds have finished growing by that age, and a womens advised daily calorie intake is 2000, so between the two I guess? It also depends on how many you may be burning off? Sorry can't help much ;-)
  • It all depends on lifestyle. If you exercise vigorously more than 3x a day, and are over 5' tall, You should be packing in around 1800-2200 calories a day. If your as lazy as me, and hardly ever find time to exercise properly, 1600 is a good idea, regardless of height. It also depends greatly on where you get your calories from. Foods like white bread and steak contain a lot of calories, but at the price of high Glycemic Index (blood pressure) and cholesterol (your liver already makes as much as you need)
  • I read Cat. Now is that dyslexic or what?
  • Im not sure either but i'd say between 1600 and 2000 soo...
