  • In the middle of the hood area, under the throttle body.Transmission end of the engine. Has a wire harness over top of it so its a little hard to see, usually you also need the syncronizer that it is attached to, but it has to be timed when it is replaced or it will cause engine damage. A garage should be able to replace both in less than 2 hours, just make sure it gets timed. It will also help gas mileage when done right. Hope that helps, good luck.
