you have some sort of short in the system causing the fuse to become instantly burned. If you did anything (replace a bulb, install new electrical device) I would immediately suspect it as being the source. Go back to it and check your work. Otherwise I would expect it to be one of the exterior light bulbs. Remove each bulb one by one checking the contacts at the base of the bulbs and the filaments inside the bulb. If it looks good then reinstall the bulb and continue to the next bulb. Once all your outside bulbs have been checked (marker, stop, directional) change the fuse again. IMPORTANT!!!! Do not turn the marker lights on yet.Do not touch the brakes!!!!! FIRST try each directional (left, right). If they work shut them off and try the brake lights only. If everything is still good turn on the marker lights. By doing this, if there is a problem, you check each system in turn (directional, brake, marker) If the fuse goes during one of the fuctions then it is a bulb or wiring to that individual bulb/system. Good luck.

My girlfriends accord has the same problem. The brake, and turn signals still work when the fuse blows, but the fuse only blows when you turn on the lights. It started doing it all of a sudden, and i can't figure out what it is. If someone has a wiring diagram of that circuit it would help out alot thanks.
