I need to replace my exterior door handle (driver's side rear) on my 2000 Ford Explorer. I have the interior panel off but instead of bolts, the handle is held on with these tiny metal clips. How do I get these off?

They are rivets and you can drill them out and replace with a nut and bolt. I had to do that to replace the driver window on my mustang and Im going to have to do it for both exterior door handeles when they come.
