I think it's all about the men being more experienced lovers as the age of the man increases for the woman. As well as the women's experience in being pleased and knowing what they want and will do it for them. I think they can spot a good lover more quickly and are not as easily dazzled by looks and come ons. They are also more comfortable with themselves and relaxed. A relaxed body is extremely important for both sexes to achieve orgasm. they might also not be so worried about what the man thinks about them and have less hangups about the whole thing. Like what their parents will think or friends would think about them having sex. In other words they don't give a shit and need to get laid and they know how much a great orgasm does for their mind and body.

It is easier to do anything after you have practiced it enough. Plus you are more relaxed in a sexual situation. Also you may be better at choosing sexual partners. I have never been a moaner in sex before, but my GF is. She wondered why I didn't.
