I assume the demand of a rating implies that you're looking for a title thats primarily suitable for children, innit? Something recent yet familiar, fun but morally inclined? Alvin and The Chipmunks. Its very recent, great for the kids and family, and some good CGI I heard. Check it out. Hope it helps :)

If you are looking for something to watch with younger kids at home, I would go for some of the older movies. Little house on the Prairie, Old Yeller, The Parent Trap, Troop Beverly Hills, Any of the older Disney classics. I believe they are all G or PG at the most.

I really enjoy the old Disney movie, Swiss Family Robinson. I just saw it a couple of times on the Hallmark channel and had forgotten how good it was. Or how about something like Mysterious Island with the great stop action special effects by Ray Harryhausen. I always loved those as a child.

WALL-E Mamma Mia! Both excellent. National Treasure was pretty good I liked Kill Bill (One) Kill Bill II was less entertaining. I don't recommend either as family films, though.

Take almost any Disney movie from 1989 to 1997. Kids eat that shit up, and most of them aren't completely boring for parents. The Pixar ones are good too. Wall-e is apparently the best Disney/Pixar movie ever made, though I haven't seen it.
