Could i move a plant from outside after determaining the sex and re root it and continue growing it in doors?

Yes A lot of people start the vegetative growth early indoors and then move the plants outdoors. This is actually a great idea considering you can better protect the fragile seedlings inside. The plants also have a longer period of growth which can result in a larger harvest. Consider a long light period indoors to accelerate growth after the plants can handle it. Prepare the ground very well though. Most people will dig a fairly large hole and then put bags of potting soil in the ground.
