Where can I find and read older Watch Tower articles(such as ones in their magizines) from the 1970's-80's, or, perhaps even better, from the time when WTS first began?

if you contact the local congregation and tell them of your interest to read past issues of the magazines you mentioned they will be happy to indulge you. as far as magazines from the late 1800's those will be hard to come by.
