With alot of corrupt judicial systems scattered across america, we'd better be kind of careful.

From experience I have seen alot of innocent prisoners as well as guilty ones, I think they over populate the prisons and that's where their issuses arise in the system. They are more worried about getting the money then theyare on the prisoners themselves. they get alot of money for housing prisoners. they should use it to build more prisons.
