Be strong just don't do something that is not right and is not beneficial to the community, those the sustain the servers and run the company, do not bash your advertiser, I can't think of anything else that I could say right now.

Just focus on the self interest part!

Stay away from things you know will only tempt you into falling into the same rut over and over again and believe in your self

List down all the negative effects of that certain temptation. Believe in yourself that you can certainly beat it. Divert your attention to any other interests and reward yourself afterwards.
