Open up the topic casually, like ask her how she feels about oral, would she ever do it, has she ever done it, etc. Then take it from there. You should be able to tell from her answers if it's something she'd consider now or in the future. Just don't push it.

It depends on her. Find out why she does not like doing that. You might find out that she has had a traumatic event in her life concerning oral sex. It's something that must be talked about and worked out between both of you. The problem might be a lot deeper. If she does have issues and cannot talk about them and work them out with you it is a bad sign because it shows her unwillingness to let go of the past and move on in her life. It also shows she has issues with communication and that will transfer over into other aspects of your relationship over time. If you can't work this one out then there will be many other things you cannot work out as well. I'm talking from experience on this.
