No maam, its called nature taking its course. somewhere, in your family tree, there is a family member that was tall. you, apparently, have had that gene passed on to you. If you are a young person, being clumbsy, is part of the growing stage for a tall person. i am 6 ft. 5in. and experienced this myself. your will grow out of the growing phase, as you approach adulthood. do not worry, it will soon pass. Look at it this way. the weather up here, for a tall person,is completely different, than the weather down there, for a short person.

If your still a growing teen and you want to stop or atleast slow down your growth, I suggest eating an unhealthly diet. Eat meals with salt and sugars, drink a lot of soft drinks(soda), sleep less than 8 hours a night, don't do any excercise, and do not eat meals that are high on protein. Drinking milk or atleast taking some sort of calcium will not make you grow but it will just make your bones stronger. That way, when you get older, your bones will still be healthy and it will not be easy for you to shrink. It's very important that bones have calcium so if you want to risk not recieving any calcium in your body, then go ahead. Not having enough sleep will prevent you from growing as tall as you can be. The only time you grow is when you sleep. Usually, after 5-6 hours of sleeping, thats when your growth hormones start to do its job but it can't if you only have 6 hours of sleep. Excercising helps release growth hormones so don't do any excercise if you want to stop growing as much as possible. Really, the main way to slow down or stop growth as a growing teenager is to be unhealthy...Eat junk food and drink soda, don't do excercise, be lazy, dont take any vitiams or eat/drink anything with(vitamin A, Vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium, Chromium, calcium, and especially glutamine), try not to stretch as much as you can during the day, and just be as unactive with your life as much as possible. Hopefully this will help you, take care.

If better nutrition is the cause, keep it up. One thing you CAN do is to stop eating dairy or meat that is not organic, because the hormones can make you taller than you should be. (Besides be a risk factor for other late-life diseases.) Being clumsy is normal if you are growing rapidly. One thing to check is gigantism. A benign pituitary tumor is usually to blame. Left untreated, it will make you grow to like 8' or more, make you blind, and may lead to disability or death. A doctor can rule this out--or, if you DO have this condition, it can be fixed.

Depends on how tall you are but usually it is in the genes and whatever your parents are you would be roughly that anyway. If your parents are say between 5'0 and 5'6 you are never in a million years gonna be 6'0 .SORRY to dampen your spirits.
