  • Just Pray to God. Hes helped me so much. Just ask him to be with you and to watch over you. He can help in more ways than you imagine. Trust me. He will fix it.
  • You just have to bare through it and it'll make you a stronger person. You don't get over experiences, you can't wipe them out, they are part of you. You just learn to accept them and keep moving on.
  • You have to be strong and you will grow from it you can also do this thing i learned write it and throw it in the fire and it will be like that it is able to be put some where else but look at you you are still going through live with that problem keep living you are stronger then most god bless
  • I am stumbling in the dark, Royal, but when repressed stuff comes back, it can be agonizing! You can get through it and emerge stronger. Memories cannot harm you anywhere near as badly as did the real experience... and you survived that! If you are not in professional counseling, it would probably help tremendously. There... That whole answer was based on an assumption. If I am way off base, let me know and I will change it drastically or make it go away entirely. Z
  • You want to forget because most people don't want to live in emotional turmoil all the time. You cannot forget the past..you will always carry some baggage from it--everyone does. You will learn that the pain will lessen..and like a broken leg you will heal..but you may always limp a little. I'm certain that you don't want to cry anymore either..and if years really have passed and you still feel like this..maybe, just maybe it is time to ask for help from a medical professional. You do not have to feel the way you do. You sound like you are depressed. Depression is a valid certifiable illness, now known to be due in large measure to a chemical imbalance in your brain between certain neurotransmitters. A doctor can help you with this. You may need drugs for a while. you may need a crutch. That's okay--everyone does at some time. You do not have to fight this on your own..let someone help you. You can move ahead...and 'forget' the past .but you may have to ask for help in this one..But I have no doubt that it can be done:)
  • Fatigue and the futility of fighting is why you want to stop. If you can't forget, remember what you learned from the experience. Not much point of forging ahead with out the memory of past mistakes to keep you headed in the right direction.
  • It takes time to forget. You just can't force it to go away. Some of the best things can come out of tough times and loss. It is amazing after enough time goes by the bad things don't seem so horrible anymore. I hope that you try to spend time with friends and loved ones. Try to watch some silly and funny movies and do something new to improve your life. It will get better. :-)
  • Are you writting a song? This sounds like a verse for a country music song.
