I have a sonicare and they are excellent...I love the way they leave my mouth feeling super clean..and they are timed so you know exactly when you have brushed 2 minutes...

My daughter has had problems with her teeth because of all the medications she has to take and her dentist told her to get an electric toothbrush "because they clean much better", he said. (+pts.2.U)

Yes and I love those water picks. Anything that saves my wrist from extra work and makes brushing more of a pleasure is better. Of course you have to buy a high grade brand though. I like that Oral B one they have out now. I think that they cost about $20.

I don't know if they are actually better as far as any research is concerned, but I love my electric toothbrush and definitely prefer it to my ordinary one. It makes my teeth feel cleaner. My dentist said they do a better job of cleaning.

yes you need to brush for 2 minutes at a time.some of the new ones have timers on them SoniCare is a good one
