No it i not. A lot of the clubs would not be able to afford this luxury.

It is a requirement but sadly, due to lack of funding, they are either cheap systems that fail too often, or they dont turn them on when the should trying to save on heating bills. Sad I know but true. Motherwell (Fir Park) last two seasons is a prime example.
