It could be your thyroid; or it could be something psychological. Keep a diary of how you feel, what you've done during that day and take it to a doctor if it's really bad, try to cut out the factors that stress you out; things like that.

hi ive turned 19 in march. ok yer im the same but its only cos of my work. and probs my diet. i have hypocondria aswell which doesnt help waht so ever with anything as its a constant battle with myself, peronally and lyterally. my sex drive has decreased alot and when somethign doesnt go right i think that my life is over. but it could be a bit of depression. i have no optomism in my life what odo ever and my pesimism is my only personality its like all i ever do is moan. and i hate myself for it which jsut makes it worse. anyways my advice would to maybe talk to your borfreidn about it maybe his understanding towards this would maybe make u feel better about it and he could maybe push some buttons to perk u up even tho u obviously feel taht nothing will. (correct me if im wrong) anyways try some stress releif thigns like breathing and a massage will go along way. try massaging ur temples really hard in circles it makes ur heart flutter i do it when my head gets over the top of me when im about to go into a panic attack. hopethis works give me a bit mroe info about how u feel i could help in mroe ways if tahts ok. :)

Okay what has worked for me in these situations: 1. an herb called Vitex/Chaste Berry Tree, helps balance female hormones, this is vital to my psychological well-being since every once in awhile my hormones get out of wack and I feel like I'm going crazy 2. Set aside a day and SLEEP. Lack of sleep can cause lethargy, apathy, irritability and all kinds of misery. Just clear your calendar and sleep, it's amazing how much that can improve your mood. Try smoking cigarettes. That will relieve the stress and relax you. Being that you are bored it will make you want to smoke. Keep your hands busy.
