This is actually not uncommon. There are lots of things to try but your boyfriend is going to need to be patient and check his own ego and care about your orgasm. #1. Tell him what you do when you masturbate and try to get him to duplicate it. #2. Expand your orgasm in masturbation. Do what you do to get off but maybe have him watch or change what you do a little so that it is different. Keep slowly expanding and taking orgasmic baby steps. #3. Use toys with your boyfriend #4. Good points by Ago. You know you can orgasm so the problem may be either an inability for you to relax and let things happen, or your boyfriend needs some advice. But you said with any guy..... I have been with women like you that couldn't do it any other way until me. Not to brag but they would say the big difference besides not cuming quickly was that I seemed to be excited and interested in doing erotic things to them. And that I teased a lot.
