Yes, I have seen Corona on tap. I cannot recall exactly where, though. It is rare. Darn it, now I'll be trying to think of it all day...

Yes, Corona is available in kegs and on tap, but not in many places in the U.S. Every year I travel to Mexico, and one of the highlights of the trip is spending a week drinking Corona from tap ... I've searched high and low in the U.S., but have been yet to find any place to either purchase my own keg of it or enjoy it from a tap.
