    Because when they huddle together, they will get warmer. Their blubber might not be strong enough to withstand too much cold. GO PENGUINS!

    Because penguins share body heat to conserve energy when they huddle together. The closer to the middle of the huddle is where it is the warmest as there is no cold open air .
