yep. i love it. it doesnt tone as well as yoga, but it is a little easier, more aerobic than yoga but not horribly strenuous.

yup, twice a week every week. leaving for class in about an hour. It's the perfect work out for a dancer. Keeps you muscular without having bulky ugly muscles

Yes I have its very good for toning up, lengthening the muscles and strengthening your core muscles, which support your whole body. There are DVDs available that target specific problem areas. Back Pain, Abdominals etc.

I realy lk doing pilates. I cheerlead and i have gotten alot more flexable by doing videos. It Has also helped me tone--especialy my pilates resistance ring (i got mine at walmart). I use the ring instead of weights and have seen alot more toned muscules esp. in my arms
