Try going to www.lexmark.com and downloading a driver for your printer. Then on your computer go to the "control panel" and "printers" and "add a printer" then follow the installation wizard.

Most manufacturers will provide downloads of the driver software from their website. Go to http://www.lexpar.com and look in the Drivers and Downloads section of the website. You will have to know the model number of your printer.
