Can you get aids if someone bites you in area which could have open sores... even if there bite didnt do any damage on its own...?

You can't get aids from saliva.

The chance of AIDS being transmitted through saliva alone is almost zero. If that person injures their mouth or has bleeding gums, it could be likely. Open wounds/sores are easy places for disease, virus, and infection to start.

technically... yes. but it woudl be very very difficult. first - their saliva would have to enter your open sore. secondly -- their saliva would have to contain blood... which is highly unlikely. YOu actually have tons of little cuts in your mouth, but they heal almost instantly...

Theoretically yes, if there was contact of bodily fluids on an open sore...but keep in mind that there is very little risk of transmission through saliva.

No. You don't get AIDS from anything. AIDS is a complication of HIV. There is little to no chance of contracting HIV from saliva, as the virus doesn't survive well in saliva.
