Always unique and tough to handle because no two bumps are exactly the same!! However, if you keep driving over the bumps they eventually smooth out.

For me they're always unique and must be handled with finesse. Every situation is always at least just a little bit different.

Yes to both. Old bumps can often give us experience that we can refer back to in dealing with the new unique ones.
