I remind myself that we rarely see the workings of the universe and understand how each small motion is working towards the fulfillment of our goals until after the results are in. Everything happens for a reason and if I dont get what I wanted now it is so I can get what I need later. I also remind myself how many times things did work out when I thought they wouldnt. Then I eat lots of chocolate.

i think about how much everybody i know would react if i was dead, and how i need to pull myself through it if not to see the next day, then atleast for my family.

Today I was in a bad mood, but then i played one of my friends in chess and found an absolutely brilliant move that forked his king and queen with my knight. He could take the knight, apparently for free, 3 different ways, but it didnt matter because it opened lines for me to pin his queen with my bishop. Anyways, after i played that move, i was happy all day.

Oh boy do I have a temper tantrum of course when i'm alone people think i'm crazy enough (lol) i kick, scream. stomp up and down & yell "it's not fair" a lot, i fell awsome after all that, and maybe a little tired.

I usually try to relax and listen to some awesome music. Awesome music is awesome :)

When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. Now, the way that I achieve this is to crank Highway to the Danger Zone, and remind myself of how great I am.

I remember God's promise for my life and think different then. I get on AB and try to help someone else and forget about me. I may just go and get a starbucks Carmel Macciato. OOOOOOOOOH.

I call and ask for my granddaughter! She makes my world a happier place indeed.

food im a stress eater, i also pray try to do things to take my mind off the problems at hand.

When things do not go in my way, i usually forget about it because it's not a big deal.

Getting out in the fresh air is a good idea.

Listen to music and jump on the trampoline, go shopping, watch a funny show, go for a walk or things like that.

I hang out with my dog and go to the park. He always cheers me up

Remember that God never closes the door without opening the window. That window is open for you now - yyou just need to realize that it is open. Do something for you - a walk, a little time for you, play in your garden, appreciate what you do have!

I focus on how things rarely stay the same. Time marches on and today's worries will most likely not be tomorrow's worries.

Go and have a shopping spree makes me feel good, until I get home and see how much money I spend then I feel worse than ever. +5

Exercise is a great mood booster(think of all those healthy endorphins) and more productive than hitting someone or yelling.

Use positive affirmations, and try to focus on God and other people.
