FANTASTIC question!!!! I have been reading A Complaint Free World, How to stop complaining and start enjoying the life you always wanted and I have committed to the 21 day challenge. Today I've changed my bracelet 4 times, down from yesterday. I've been told I was very judgmental, same same. I am so very hard working on that.

Yes a lot of times like when i get a headache. PEOPLE YELL AT ME FOR saying that I HaVe A hEaDAChe. My brother was singing a song called bananaphone. He wouldn't stop and I was in publilc so I yealled at him and people telling me that i'm complaining
