Where do I find the fuse box controlling the radio, clock, and cigarette lighter on a 1999 Toyota Corolla VE?

There is one fuse box under the hood above the battery in the engine compartment and another on the left side below the steering wheel. You have to open the little tilt out storage door and remove it to access the fuses.

This helped me so much! I had the same problem in my 2001 Corolla S. It was the fuse called "cig" for anyone with this problem. It is right on the left by the steering wheel in the little storage compartment. Thank you so much!!!!
