I don't know about the clutch pedal, but many new and old racers such as NASCAR and Need for Speed support steering wheels and pedals. Your best bet is to go to the store and see what kind of steeing wheel setups they have. Also, check the internet sites for the games you are interested in to see if they support it.

I know some games which support the clutch pedal. Live for speed, (www.liveforspeed.com) is a very, very good racing simulation game with clutch support. Viper Racing is a good classic race game.
