gargle in warm salt water before you go to bed. That always helped mine. About 1 tbl spoon of salt to 1/2 cup of water gargle & then spit it out a couple of times. If that don't help, sore throat spray helps relieve it.

Hall's cough drops. They are great. I like them when I have a sore throat.
