i called the irs and requested an earnings statement, it was mailed and recieved wiyhin 10 days and it contained all my earnings information that was listed by my employer for the year requested

Absolutely. Just go to the employer and ask for a new one. End of the year pay-stubs can be a good way of estimating this year's tax, but you will need actual W-2's to file.

Oh wow. I think we may have, a while ago. This was before I had my own card and I was using the one that belonged to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Probably some questionable signatures. The thing is, no one ever checks the name that shows up on the slips, so no one ever confronted me about "Bill" being an odd name for a woman.
