Why can I only see questions I've asked starting December 29th? I need to find a question from sometime before that (no idea when, I was just going to skim through).

You should be able to view all of your questions by going to your summary page and clicking on the tab that says my Q&A and choosing questions in the sub-tabs. All questions submitted rather or not they have been removed are there.
