Wait a minute, do you mean not even a thing online is 100% safe?
Or you mean, nothing, online is totally safe.
the internet itself, your computer, all of it can be hacked into, or sites can be hacked into, or just a gimmick....nothing on here is safe

I agree with Mary Mary quite contrary. Even knowledgable people have tried that and wound up losing most of their money. Some of the financial magazines such as Kiplingers, Smart-Money and Money Magazine have given their writers money to use to do day trading. The writers spent their hours at the computer and were humbled by their loses. It
is a sucker's game. Your odds of winning the lottery are probably just as good as winning by online buying and selling stock.
I kind of wonder if keymaster was trying to be funny... "I know a few homeless guys... who clear three grand a month..."
:D
three guys, they live in their vans. they meet at starbucks every morning bright and early. one guy says hello to me. we talked about his ten thousand dollar investment pool. he said he works with ten different stocks that seem to rise and fall according to a schedule. the news tracks the events of the usa, and they influence the stock market. even today. mr. bush is talking about bailing out the auto industry. just talk is enough to boost prices for some commodities. my acquaintance is a retired college professor. one has to have some investment money to get started. One could buy penny stocks and hold them for awhile. AOL was a penny stock. there is one website that lets you buy one share of stock. watch the silver prices go up and down.
. test yourself, spend an imaginary ten thousand dollars on some stocks and chart their growth. i bet there is a website that does that already. the portfolio in the clouds dot com. Answer 6 out of 25 by The Chief on Jul 24, 2008 at 9:49 am Permalink
