NOTHING is 100% safe when it comes to the internet, and NOTHING is 100% safe when it comes to money. No.

Riding a bike
Crossing the street
Driving a car
Flying in a plane
Swimming
Cooking over an open flame
Waling to the store by yourself
Changing the valve cover gaskets on your car
Being sexually active
Surgery fo remove your tonsils
Anethesia for dental work
Shaving with a razer
Operating a hydraulic press
Using sheet metal sheers
Target shooting
Fishing from a boat in the middle of a lake
Handling fiberglass insulation
Pouring hot water over tea bags
Meeting your online blind date for the first time
Drinking alcoholic beverages
Going on a safari
Turning your furnace on to stay warm

CR*P! I just realized something! NOTHING is 100% safe!
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
Seriously, it depends on HOW the money is made. People run scams all the time, the internet is just the newest medium to do it on.
So some research, ask professionals, and stick with well known organizaions when doing business on the internet.
You've received mainly good answers. I believe you can make money on Ebay if you
have the goods people will want to buy. The goods don't have to be new; people are looking for bargains, particularly in electronics. You might check out Ebay and see the various things people are selling to get an idea if you have similar things you are ready to part with.
Also one person I know specializes in buying and fixing Barbie dolls and then selling them on Ebay. She does very well.
NOTHING online is 100% safe
Oh, absolutely...ask any Nigerian with a computer. :-)
It is if you do it through a reputable company. I strongly recommend Amazon for bookselling, Amazon Associates, and Amazon Mechanical Turk.
Here is an article I wrote about that and some other money making ideas:

Noooooo.... some site ask for credit card number and steal all your money. Therefore choosing right website is very very important. Some are genuine sites which provide numerous ways to earn genuine money but your really have to search. I am earning through one site which i found quite reliable and from lat 1 year i never encountered any problem. But my previous experience was miserable. Therefore my friend all figures are not equal. Choose them with care.
the best way to make money online is to buy and sell stock on the stock market. with a ten thousand dollar initial investment, you could make a hundred dollars a day. stocks go up sell, stocks go down buy. I know a few homeless guys who do that. they clear at least three grand a month.
My second job is an online one.
All I do is stay in front of the computer for several hours, email some companies and wait for them to respond. Then, I report to my boss.
It's 100 percent safe.
But of course, I'm speaking for myself. I believe that generally, there's no 100 percent safety when we talk about online activities.
I can't understand why people are saying it's not safe. Many people gave example of Ebay. Fine, it's a great way. But think about them who started Ebay, Amazone etc. Aren't they making money online? I don't know why people don't think with a broad mind. Only think that everything is scams. NO IT'S NOT. There is 100% safe way to make money online. Only you should follow the proper root.
I am a Software Engineer and I earn double than my day job. It's depends on person. OK, now many may thinks that I am lying. I don't have any problem with all those looser at all.
Old question...but what the heck!
The safest way to earn money is to get a job...but in reality...THAT'S NOT SAFE EITHER IN REALITY...
When you consider the number of people who have been laid off this year, last year....
And then you have those who kept their jobs...but where the company has canceled or scaled back benefits...or cut cost of living raises, and bonus' usually handed out....that negates the expected perks those jobs had.
In some ways becoming your own boss...is safest...and even that depends upon your choice of business and your business smarts with how you run YOUR BUSINESS!
If you are selling something that the consumer wants to buy on line...it's basically safe, although, if you are smart, you wait for funds to clear, before you ship the product/goods...and you let the buyer KNOW that the funds need to clear before you ship!
Each time you hit your transmit button on your computer, someone throughout the world is watching and reading.
These people are hackers and are constantly looking for ways to steal your money.
The hackers are just about in every country on the planet.
Money transactions online? NO.
nope
NOTHING is "100% safe." People have been scammed by friends in real life. Anytime you deal with money, there is a degree of risk involved. The best thing you can do is research an enterprise before you buy in.
My brother has been making money on Ebay for the last 5 years so I geuss it is safe.
Buying and Selling online is never 100% safe, even top sellers in what ever industry will rip you off.
Paid work online from employers? Yes.
I work in adult texting and so far no problems. Its like others have said. Nothing is 100% safe on the internet but sometimes as in every day life you just have to take a chance.
how could it be...?
making money offline isn't 100% safe...
I've been using a program to make money online and it seems to be pretty safe. I'm making a good bit of money on it and so are a lot of people.
Nothing is 100% safe.
Unfortunately, there is no good way for the average person to make money on line. In general, almost all money making sites on the web are scams. Under no circumstances should you give any money making site your credit card number. Never sign up for any “free” service that is free for one month and then you have to cancel it to avoid credit card charges. You will find it very hard to cancel. The phone number they give you to cancel may always be busy, so you can’t cancel. They will often charge your credit card even after you think you have cancelled. Never give a survey site your bank account number or personal information.
Many sites claim you can make money by filling out surveys or clicking on ads or some other silly method. They screw you around answering some surveys and then try to push the “free” offers that you have to charge to your credit card. One common trick they play is that they let you make 5-10 dollars easily. But their website rules say you have to earn 40 dollars before they send you a check. To make the extra money you have to participate in “free” offers. I have played around on some of these sites and it always come down to them wanting to get your credit card number in the end. Don’t let them.
You will find many people on this site that claim they made a lot of money at such-and-such a website. They are usually liars trying to make money. For instance they will say: “Go to cashcrap.com/q2347.” The “q2347″ is a signal to the cashcrap site that you are being referred to them by “q2347.” If they sucker money out of you, “q2347″ gets a kickback. These coded signals can be hidden by different methods in the link. Other people will refer you to their own private website or blog for the purpose of trying to get money off you. The bad spelling and grammar is usually a good tip off of this.
50% no
Excellent question! I have been there, done that! They say that online scams account for 98.4% of all supposed money making schemes. I truly can believe that because it takes a LOT of looking. After you think you've found a 'legitimate' site, then the real works begin. You have to check with Better Business Bureau, scam alerts and all kinds of other sites that protect the consumer. If you feel pleased that this company has a great track record, then, and only then, you can proceed and maybe take a chance on a small monetary investment.
Please note that don't take a chance with anyone that doesn't offer a full money back guarantee and be wary of sites that don't have addresses and phone numbers.
100% safe such as doing a real job over the internet like telemarketing and tech support for dell, yes. Ebay no.
nah its not 100% safe.
Nothing is 100% safe. There are certian things that can be done to mitigate the risks however.
If you're actually making money, and not doing anything illegal, then sure, why not?
E-bay!
Yes its save but beyond a certain limit. Because Internet is a big platform and we can't imagine what can happen online....
Thanks...
