You should interview realtors first before working with one. Most realtors will have you sign an agreement that you will solely work with them that way they are not wasting time or money on you.

Not only is it "wrong", it may cause you to have to pay both of them for the house you purchase. They are both entitled to be paid for their services, you know. You should inform them that you are using more than one agent.

If you signed a contract with any realtor, it would violate the contract for you to use anyone else.
