No, they don't. If they are eating by your car, its the lucky one! They have no bladder and can not hold their waste. They just let it go!

About 30 years ago while I worked for Cessna aircraft in Wichita, KS we stored a large number of planes in a hanger for nearly a year. There were hundreds of pigeons in and around the hanger. For some reason those planes painted blue had less poop on them than all the other colours there. This is no scientific evidence or reason but it did occure and for what reason I don't know.
