chocolate overpowers the ability to distinguish the freshness of the fish (for sushi that is fish related) in general chocolate is either very rich due to sugar content, or very rich due to quality of cocoa...either way, the rice and other accompaniments are much more subtle, and it seems to me to be an extravagant curiosity.
